TeamTec AS transfer the Fire Rated Windows to IMS AS TeamTec AS

TeamTec is one of the leading manufacturers specializing in fire-rated windows (A-60, A-0 and H-120) for the marine environment. An extensive marine background enables TeamTec to construct the windows according to the most demanding international standards providing as required exceptional protection against fire, pressure, heat and noise.
Today TeamTec announces that the fire rated windows have been sold to IMS AS.
TeamTec is a global leading manufacturer and provide products as marine incinerators, stripping ejectors and fire rated windows. The origin is back to the sixties and seventies with Golar, and at a time both the fire rated windows and the water-tights doors from IMS, was manufactured at the same place by Golar in Tvedestrand.
IMS AS is a global leading manufacturer and supplier of watertight doors. IMS has a high technology production facility that gives IMS the cutting edge in production. The existing production line for the watertight doors is also ideal for window production. This will give IMS a big advantage in window production.
In order to reduce or even avoid any impact for our customers and/or business partners both IMS and TeamTec will do our utmost to smoothen the shift. The following should ensure continuity;

• Close cooperation between TeamTec and IMS
• Short distance between the companies
• Vendors cooperation
• Service and aftermarket will be maintained by IMS AS.
