The 25th Palma International Boat Show takes place in the beautiful cathedral city of Palma de Mallorca from Saturday 26th April until Sunday 4th May. This floating exhibition, which is held in the main yachting centre of the Mediterranean, is a very popular event for boating enthusiasts, and focuses on how to get the best from this sport on an island which is the favourite destination for more than 60,000 yachts every year, and the permanent home for more than 24000 leisure craft.
On our enlarged stand at this years show, there will be the opportunity to see the new and innovative Sealine SC35. This boat was recently awarded boat top prize by the UK’s leading motor boating press, Motor Boats Monthly and Motor Boat & Yachting, for the best sports cruiser under 45ft, combining, in the words of the judges, “fun, style, practicality and price”.
Also available on display is the Sealine SC29 sports coupe, and the equally appealing F37 fly bridge cruiser which has an enviable reputation for space and comfort. And lastly, but not least, from the T – Series, we are proud to present the popular T50, and the flagship of our fleet, the Sealine T60 which will be at the show for the first time.
But it’s not just our new products that we will be featuring at the Palma Show. We will also be kicking off with an inaugural caipirinha-cocktail reception on our stand at the show on Saturday 26th April at 17.00 hours. Later in the evening, join our team for a twilight stroll through the historic old town of Palma de Mallorca, culminating in a Spanish style supper in one of the many fabulous restaurants in the La Lonja area.
Other plans are already in the pipeline for later in the year – in June we have the grand opening of the newly refurbished Sealine office in the marina at Alcudia, Mallorca; in August, a cruise to wonderful Valencia, to spectate at the first ever Formula 1 Grand Prix event in this city; and in November, a special function in stunning Barcelona, to tie in with the very popular international boat show at the Fira de Barcelona Exhibition Centre.
Whilst visiting the show why not incorporate a visit to the Palma Boat Show with a chance to explore this fabulous location. If you are not familiar with Mallorca , the largest of the Balearics, we guarantee you will be delighted by this lovely island with its exotic beaches, fertile plains, lush vegetation, plentiful wildlife, and breathtaking mountains. Equally let’s not forget the exceptionally well equipped marinas and tranquil little calas, always perfect for whiling away the many balmy sunny days at anchor for boats. Palma de Mallorca, the capital, boasts a rich mixture of history, culture and vibrant nightlife. There is an abundance of shops, museums, galleries, bars and restaurants, and you can spend many pleasant hours meandering around this beautiful and fascinating city. And for the discerning golfer, the island offers an impressive selection of courses, most within a short drive from the city and the many marinas around the coastline.
