Ecodolphin – Dolphin and Maxi Dolphin, three environmentally friendly telescopic marine gangways in aluminium and teak with load capacities ranging between 330 and 580 lbs (150 and 260 kg) relaunched by Opacmare with an all new look, build and price.

Extensive engineering studies and new aluminium assembly techniques have resulted in a lightweight structure that possesses the same structural strength as steel thus allowing for greater load capacities; production processes have in turn also been streamlined which has significantly reduced costs and retail prices.

The Dolphin series has a newly designed anti-skid chequered footway, patented by Opacmare, that feels wonderfully solid, stable, and comfortable to walk on and features double indentations that allow water to drain away easily; the new structure is also less susceptible to humid conditions as compared to traditional gratings, with slats or large square holes.

Opacmare’s Dolphin gangways, as per the company’s environmentally friendly policy, are all structured in recycled aluminium and, in line with current market trends are available in an exciting range of water-based custom colours.

ECODOLPHIN (mod. 3663)
A manual extraction two section gangway suited to sail sailboat boats or small motor boats and designed for passenger boarding only. Available in four lengths (1.50 - 1.90 - 2.30 - 2.55 metres – 59” - 75” - 90” - 100”), the Ecodolphin is very easy to handle and is supplied with a fixed mounting bracket and transversal marine pin. Being easy to fold and very compact it is an ideal choice for boats with limited space. Manual stanchions and quay rollers are available as optionals.

DOLPHIN (mod. 3773, in the photos)
A telescopic gangway with hydraulic handling system and automatic stanchions that combines the functions of a gangway and a boat davit. The Dolphin is available in three lengths (1.90 – 2.30 – 2.60 metres - 75”- 90” – 101”) with respective load capacities between 150 and 200 kg (330 and 440 lbs) and is supplied with an electro - hydraulic power pack and remote control.

MAXI DOLPHIN (mod. 3883)
The Maxi Dolphin is the largest version in the series and is also available in three lengths 2.30 metres –2.60 and 2.90 metres (90”-100”-114”) with a load capacity between 200 and 260 kg (440 and 573 lbs).
