Walki Oy in Peitarsaari, Finland has manufactured WalkiFix®, earlier called WisaFix®, lashing covers for a long time for sea freights and for road transport. NWE Network Engineering Oy has been a marketing and sales channel for them to road transport users in the Northern countries.
As Walki Oy wanted to concentrate in their core business and therefore wanted to disband manufacturing, an opportunity appeared for us to start up manufacturing and sales of lashing covers. Therefore I’m glad to announce that NWE Network Engineering Oy will market and produce FIX lashing covers both for sea freight and for road transport according to same high standards and with same qualified persons responsible for production.
We will renew the product names and rectify the numerous variations to create a product range well fitted to our customers’ needs. Length is according to customer wishes. Lashing capacity LC 2500 daN. Material polyethylene coated polypropylene with UV-protection.
