The America's Cup brought a team of individuals together in October 2000 with the objective of developing the Sail Vision system for the Prada Challenge 2003. As this highly specialized sail analysis program was developed, this team of diverse individuals began to recognize the opportunity to develop a new version of Sail Design Software which would incorporated the latest technological tools and developments available in the industry today.

SailPack gives the designer the ability to create a 3D surface of any possible geometry and sail shape (upwind sails and all downwind sails, including traditional or classic configurations such as a gaff-rigged boat). Data may be entered in either metric or imperial units.

With SailPack we can define the sail surface using any number of cross sections at any position. The sail outline is defined in 3D terms allowing for both lateral and longitudinal edge curvature.
A large number of tools combine to assist the designer in gaining a more realistic view of the work being done at any step of the process. These high quality 3D tools include seaming, mesh, net surface, panels, patches and all accessories.
A 'double-check' function is available to compare mould shape to your panel development.
In addition, the designer also has the power to view his or her sail designs from any angle of view or perspective – and is able to customize the default views in the software.
2D output information is shown in real time reflecting the resulting changes to the outline curve (before and after broadseaming). At 3D view of broadseam distribution is also integrated.
Each designer has the ability to create or customize their own set of shape u>evolution rules and integrate these within the SailPack software, building on their own set of standard mold shapes outlines available.
The SailPack system gives the designer the ability to use a minimal number of initial mold shapes and yet cover a wide range of sail configurations and applications - all within a very secure process. This is possible because SailPack has the ability to take into consideration and integrate both objective (aspect ratio, fabric type, etc.) and subjective (client helming characteristics, sea-state, etc.) parameters. Through these combinations the designer is able to customize, through a simple and automatic process, a unique design specific to the customer.

"It is a superb tool that was written by people who obviously clearly understand sailmaking from knee pads to sewing machines to how to trim a jib sheet."

"Sailpack is the most accurate and realistic software for sail design I have ever seen and used. It's very realistic and accurate in every information, it gives the designer many options to check all the sail's features, reducing the possibility of mistakes."

DUO a patented model, the first watermaker world-wide to function with bi-voltage received the highest award for innovation in PACA region (South of France).
It functions at the turn of a switch either on D.C. (12 or 24V) or on A.C. (120, 230 or 400V), as the DUO is an intelligent patented system.

Thanks to this system, the motors operate independently from each other, with neither electric clutch activation nor manual manipulation of the pulleys.
Like all Dessalator products the DUO is 100% reliable and safe. For over six years major shipyards have been including it as a standard fixture and since 2005 the DUO 100® has become indispensable for navigators.
The advantage of the DUO is its “2 in 1” aspect, as if there were two water makers available with the facility to function optimally and logically.
For example: When there is no wind and the engine is running, D.C. power (at 12 or 24V) is available and should be used
(DUO D 60: 370 W, DUO D 100: 600 W).
At anchor, when the power generator is running the water maker can be operated on the A.C. supply (230V).

3,5 Kg of weight and a consumption with an average less than 1 Amp/h at 12 V dc but featuring all the specification of the other Glomex SAT Tv antennas.
The new electronics gyroscopes allow a better stabilization of the antenna with more precision and speed as the new electric motors have better
silent tracking. Urania can operate when the boat is at dock or in navigation or at the anchor and its coaxial rotating joint doesn't need to wrap the
coaxial cable, available at 12 V dc only with a compact control unit preloaded with 3 satellite.
An Urania exclusivity is the possibility to update the software when you want or necessary for free and from everybody through the SD card (digital
camera memory) on the control unit. The software is available for free on the Glomex web site.
So a small antenna but great in its technology and performance!

At 20 feet long, exactly, the Sunscape 20 LSV is the smallest in Malibu's LSV line, but it packs huge enjoyment.

The boat feels big because our engineers have given it a generous 8.2 feet of beam. Still, you'd be hard pressed to call a boat with 130 square feet of interior, that can hold up to 11 people, ‘small.'

The Cut Diamond hull is designed for ride and water sports performance with a running surface specifically built to command the flow of water and create a soft, flat wake.

The result — an agile v-drive that chews up the course and delivers direct-drive-like performance.

MOVE OVER, ROVER.
Get ready to park your car in the driveway because your new Sunscape 20 LSV is moving in. A boat this nice shouldn't be left out in the elements and the removable swim platform makes it easy to put away. Even in storage, it's clear the 20 LSV interior is a refuge. Removabl

The ONE speargun is available in four models: 80, 90, 95 and 105. For each length, different barrel shapes and accessories have been designed, making each length of this speargun a different model in itself.

The main feature of this speargun lies in the structure of the speargun and the way in which it has been engineered. The barrel and handle of the speargun are made in aluminium by hydro-forming and laser cutting. The head is also made in aluminium, through solid-block machining.

The three main components of the speargun: handle, barrel, and head, are therefore all built in aluminium and make up the single body, thanks to mechanical assembly and structural chemical bonding of the parts, in such a way that this can be defined a real aluminium monocoque speargun.

The three parts of the speargun, therefore, are not simply assembled, as in traditional spearguns, but rather they make up a single piece that is structurally solid, therefore allowing for extremely precise shooting. Each barrel of the ONE speargun is also equipped with an integrated shaft guide and has a cylindrical shape towards the head and a cuttlebone-shaped “belly” towards the handle.

These special shapes give the speargun stability while also creating buoyancy and hydrodynamics. The handle is assembled on the same axis as the barrel, guaranteeing a lack of frontal recoil while also softening the kick-back. The special aluminium head allows for a clean shooting line during well-aimed shots as well as quick-shots.

The 80 and 90 models have a head that holds a circular sling. The head of the 95 and 100 models hold a circular double sling. A small opening, on the inside of the head, allows for regulation, by using the special weights, of the front levelling of the speargun.

The head, barrel, and handle of the speargun have a special green camouflage finish created by heat-transfer, which is highly resistant to chemical and mechanical abrasion. A truly original system of unhooking behind the trigger gives it a line that is 4 cm greater than the traditional systems. The trigger is particularly soft and sensitive, and its hardness does not increase at the increase of the load.

The ONE 50 reel, with Dyneema line, is supplied in series on the 80 and 90 models. The ONE 80 reel, with Dyneema line, is supplied in series on the 95 and 105 models. Both reels, moreover, have a green camouflage finish.

The 80 and 90 models are supplied in series with the 6.5 mm “ring barb” spear in stainless steel AISI630 (17-4ph). The 95 and 105 models are supplied in series with the 6.75 mm “ring barb” spear-shaft in stainless steel, AISI630(17- 4ph).

We are pleased to inform you that your product “SEAWAX FOULING RELEASE” has been nominated by the jury for the DAME Award 2009

While not a breaking off innovation, this new generation of fouling release in aqueous phase treatment is one of the top last antifouling paintings.

It can be used on all sea boats or river boats.
Its main benefit is its innocuousness. It is a biocide-free and toxic solvent-free, therefore not hazardous for the aquatic environment and the human health.

The objective is to repel sea life without killing it.

«Seawax Fouling Release® » is mostly recommended for using on boat hulls : weight and water resistance, hydrodynamic trail are therefore reduced. Full consumption is also reduced and the hull requires less cleaning.

Its ingredients prevent and/or delay the fixation of microorganisms such as algaes, shells or shellfish and/or make it very unstable.

It brings its contribution to the preservation of sea life.
Also, there is a « self cleaning » effect when the boat sails, a water pressure is applied to the hull, all organisms then come off the substrate.

«Seawax Fouling Release® » is an alternative solution compared to actual paints, also innovative with obvious benefits for applicators.

Its technical features offer very easy to apply conditions and short drying time.

The installation of a radio remote control system does not imply any modification of the existing control station.
Thanks to this transmitter, extremely easy in handle, equipped with commands buttons well protected against unintended manoeuvres, you will be able to manage the ship by your self, evaluating at best the space at disposal.

NAVIGATION IN NARROW PASSAGES
The harbour and the channels navigation, are some of the most delicate phase for the skippers. The radio remote control IMET will allow you to manoeuvre the boat by yourself, from the most suitable position. A traditional stationary control console does not give the same degree of accuracy and efficiency.

MOORING
IMET radio remote control allows you to moor by yourself in absolute safety conditions, from any place of the boat, controlling the Right and Left engines, the bow and stern propeller. Choosing the most suitable point of view, you will approach comfortably the harbour's wharf.

TO BITT THE ROPES
Keeping the complete control of your boat at your fingers, you can approach the wharf and recover the ropes with extreme simplicity,
adjusting the trajectory from you transmitter with small engine corrections. This high control capacity will also reduce the possibility of small collisions.

ANCHORAGE
Standing at the bow, you will be able to raise or drop the anchor, keeping an eye at the safe anchorage and at the presence of other anchors.

Every year we decide what our retailers are asking for the most, and for next year it was a 100% direction towards a super stable, feature rich, innovative 10-footer that actually paddled like a much larger kayak.

We brought all the wants & wishes to our dear friend and designer Jim Snyder and Wow, did he nail this one!

This boat is a great fishing platform (aka ‘Stealth') but it's also an exceptional touring and recreational kayak. It has the chops to take on the foulest weather and waves and still serve up a gracious ride for even beginners.

The ‘Temptation' is focused on comfort and tracks true quite easily.

The stability is second to none and it offers a lot of speed for a ten-footer. And for a boat this size you can pack enough gear for a camping trip in it! So, you have a sweet ride with all the goodies you could want to carry — what more could you ask for?

Without a doubt the most comfortable and well thought-out foot braces in the entire industry and a full size tank well for storing anything you would possibly need for a fun day of paddling, EK's legendary paddle ledges, and best of all, the friendliest performance hull you will find on a kayak of this size.

The built in adjustable seat is the perfect solution to comfortable paddling, and collapses for storage.

Not only is the initial stability rock solid, but the secondary lock down stability is absolutely right on. Shown here with integrated seat.

New to Nobile for 2010 is the 50fifty wakestyle range - the board of choice for KPWT winner Mike Blomvall.
After recognising the differing needs for a pure wakestyle board to the requirements of a traditional Freestyle board the 50fifty was born.

The 50fifty incorporates the same 3-D deck shape and channels as the 2010 NHP range allowing for accurate control of the flex between the longitudinal axis and cross axis.

However, it is overall stiffer in recognition of the specific requirements of advanced wakestyle moves. To achieve maximum POP (without the use of the kite for lift) we've increased the radius of the curve in both the outline and the rocker to achieve a smoother more aggressive carve and thus achieve more height when the kite is held in a powered position.

In addition, we selected a 100% Wood Core to provide for maximum strenght.

Where boarding from a tender boat and lifting the tender boat with crane installation has been unsteady and difficult in the past, this has been a common problem up to now. You now have a choice. The Bär Marinelift SliderBoat offers pure yachting delight! The innovative solution for tender boat recovery and boarders provides more fun in using the yacht.

The tender boat drives back to the yacht. The driver lowers the Bär Marinelift SliderBoat platform including the tender carriage and opens the garage door. All functions are operated by a radio remote control. The tender boat drives on the platform, during the lifting process, it is automatically positioned on to the tender boat carriage. The platform lifts into the docking position on the yacht where it is locked. The passenger's may board comfortably, safely and with dry feet.

The user unlocks the tender boat carriage with a foot catch operation to enable the user to push the tender boat on the carriage by hand into the garage. There the carriage locks automatically. The garage door may also be closed by the radio remote control.

The lowing of the tender boat into the water is just as easy as the above operation in reverse order. The use of the Bär Marinelift SliderBoat as a boarders lift is also possible so instead of climbing ladders or trying to swim aboard, just swim onto the Bär Marinelift SliderBoat platform and board the boat with ease.

With the load moment of 12 kNm (capacity of 1200 kg at 1000 mm load distance) there are further recovery possibilities for example a double recovery of a tender boat and a jet ski is conceivable.

The standard Bär safety features such as the Start-and Safety-button of the radio remote control are also included in the Bär Marinelift SliderBoat.

The Bär Marinelift SliderBoat may be fitted to yachts upwards of 42 ft/13 m with or without boat garage, that have no deck surface or small deck surface behind the stern.

The Bär Marinelift SliderBoat will be presented on the METS in Amsterdam (17.-19.11.09) or on the Nautic Boarding website: www.nauticboarding.com.

THE PHYSICS & CALCULATIONS OF THE POWERSKIJETBOARD OF THE G-FORCE TURN

These calculations were made on a previous prototype using a 25 hp. engine.
Since the Igniter 330™ production model has approximately 45 hp., the physics of a G-Force turn are much more extreme which translates to more power through your turns.

THRUST AND SPEED
In order to achieve high-speed performance, the water jet pump in the current Powerski Jetboard™ must deliver enough thrust to quickly accelerate the jetboard to maintain its speed, preferably from 15 mph to, in excess, of 40 mph.

To overcome both the water's drag on the craft, and the air resistance of the combined rider and jetboard, both resistances, being proportional to the square of the speed, and the required thrust for achieving this range of speed, were calculated to be in the range of 130 to 330 lbs.

In tests of the jetboard, a speed of 32-35 mph was measured on flat water at a measured pump thrust of 240-265 lbs.

WEIGHT AND ENGINE POWER
The engine, as the primary power source, must have sufficient power to propel the weight, or mass of the craft and rider to the desired speed range of 15 mph to over 40 mph.

The required engine-delivered power depends on the energy consumed per second to move the combined mass of the rider and craft through the water at the desired speed.

This power is calculated from 1/2 the mass times the square of the speed, divided by the efficiency of the jet drive pump system.

For the desired range of speeds, and applicable range of rider plus jetboard with a combined weight between 250 lbs. minimum to about 400 lbs. maximum, engine power of at least 14 hp. to more than 55 hp. are required.

One attribute of the PowerSki Jetboard™, is that a jetboard and rider weighing a total of 350 pounds, can achieve a constant measured speed of 32-35 mph with an engine rated at 25 hp. output.

This relatively high weight requires high-powered engines that are 30-50% of the total weight of the craft.

That much engine weight requires precise placement within the hull in order to allow a rear-mounted rider to pivot the jetboard during turns without the use of a steering mechanism.

The 37 Oceanic, which will be officially presented to the public during the next Genoa International Boat Show, is the latest boat offered by Solemar, a leading company in the design and manufacturing of cabin RIBs. It is the new entry of the cabin-cruiser range, whose flagship is the 44 Oceanic.
It was fully designed and manufactured by the R&D department at the shipyard; it distinguishes itself by its lines, design and cutting-edge technical contents.

The 37 Oceanic was also developed for the customer who loves yachts, who is eager to stand out from the crowd and is capable of appreciating the harmony of volumes and the comfort on board, which allow to spend even the most demanding cruises in total relax and safety.

Inner and outer spaces characterise the final appearance of the 37 Oceanic model: the deck offers versatile solutions to fully enjoy summer conditions, while below deck the layout was designed to offer great luminosity, both by getting new lighting points and using valuable materials with bright shades that provide volume to the interiors.

From the stern platform, which can also be used as a sundeck thanks to its large dimensions, you access the large cockpit furnished with a U-shaped sofa which converts into a comfortable sundeck. Moving forward, there is a living room created by the soft/hard top with removable side windows, provided with a pleasant dining area that is equipped with a complete kitchen and a relax area with an elegant chaise longue.

For sun-bath lovers, there is a cosy bow sundeck, which can be accessed in totally safe conditions through two wide gangways with handrail.

Below deck, the standard version provides for a wide bow master's cabin, with the double bed in the centre, lighted by means of a square hatch. At the centre of the boat there is a wide saloon with an L-shaped sofa that converts into a bed, the wardrobe area with foldaway TV and the toilette with separate shower cubicle. Astern there is the second cabin with double bed.
Woods, fabrics and layout can be customised to meet the tastes of the most demanding ship-owners.
