MAXSEA TIME ZERO VERSION 1.6
Launched with his 1.2 version, MaxSea Time Zero has been regularly updated throughout the year. The last version, 1.5 version, has been updated during the Paris Boat Show in December 2008. All these updates were free of charge for users with the possibility to download them by internet, or to collect them at our MaxSea´s reseller stores. It will be the same for the next version, the 1.6 version…
This new version will make available the routing module used by Michel Desjoyeaux during the last Vendée Globe race.
Two new releases are added:
The consideration of the swell height and the swell frequency in the routing calculation, as well as the Sailsets to the screen. MaxSea markets in this way, the Racing Module , it will complete the Routing Module currently in existence.
However, routing is not the only point which beneficiates of new features. This version is also innovative according to the basic functions of a navigation software: empowered track, waypoints, routes tools and a revolutionary logbook.
From now on, the tracks recording is permanent. Even if the user forgot to start up the recording, he will just have to require his track between two hours/dates to find it automatically in the screen.
Concerning the logbook, it takes a communicative dimension. It allows for example visualizing the logbook points on Google earth! Thanks to his technology, it lets everybody share his passion…
