Designed by naval architects Joubert Nivelt, the Tofinou 8m looks almost like her sistership the Tofinou 9.5M, except the boat supplier has also been designed for shallow waters where her lifting keel will allow her to approach up to the sand.
So lying, her keel will protect rudder and propeller. A fixed keel is also available for the regattas fans.
