On March, 13, everyone at CNB (Construction Navale Bordeaux)celebrated the manufacturing of Lagoon 500 # 100, built in Bordeaux for Lagoon, the world leader in cruising catamarans.

The Lagoon 500: an unmatched success in her category

Launched in September 2005, the Lagoon 500,with 100 units built
as of today, is an undisputable World champion: never before did a catamaran this size enjoy such a success in less than 4 years.

Dieter Gust (CNB CEO) and Yann Masselot (Lagoon Commercial director) seized the opportunity of this gathering to outline the scale of this feat, that could be achieved thanks to the experience and dedication of CNB employees.

The favourite cat of blue water sailors as of charter companies, the Lagoon 500 is today the largest catamaran in a comprehensive range that includes the Lagoon 380, 421, 440 & 500.

The range will be completed this season with the Lagoon 400 and a superb new flagship: the Lagoon 620. Both new models will be revealed to the public during the next boat show season.
