Munich/Sant’ Agata Feltria – Webasto, Indel B and Thermoprodukter finalised the talks and announced the new joint venture Indel Webasto Marine. Therewith Webasto definitely takes over the 50 per cent shares in Indel Marine from the Swedish manufacturer Thermoprodukter in order to form the joint venture Indel Webasto Marine with Indel B.

This new partnership will give both Indel Webasto Marine and Webasto Marine Comfort access to a strong consolidated distribution network representing the renowned comfort brands BlueHeat, BlueCool, BlueComfort, Hollandia Marine as well as Isotherm and Isotemp.

Both partners are delighted about the new deal and have already discussed new opportunities that will significantly increase the company’s success in the upcoming years.
