Hydrotrans has delivered a new SW55 to Russkaya Mekhanika in Rybinsk, Russia.

Adaptable to a variety of hull shapes and slipway conditions, the SW55, designed to launch and recover boats of up to 55 tons on slipways, was delivered with a full range of hydraulic options including extendable towing bars, and frame. It was also supplied with hydraulically adjustable boat guides.

The yard chose the SW55 Hydrotrans for the ability to deliver a trailer with complete options at an attractive price. The client noted that after an extensive search, “we came to the decision that the most attractive boat trailer in price, technical characteristics and design is the Hydrotrans trailer.”

Hydrotrans has been engineering and building boat and material handling equipment since 1996. The standard models are the SW series for slipways, the G2 (2 wheel steering) and G4 (4 wheel steering) yard transporters, the RM remote control slipway and yard trailers, and the Aqua-Terra series of cranes. A wide range of custom designs can also be provided to suit individual requirements.

All Hydrotrans equipment is built to CE norms and is tested at the factory before shipment. All equipment can be built to US SAE specifications and all Hydrotrans equipment carries a complete five year warranty.
