FNM Marine is launching for the new season a new engine for boat model from the HPE (High Performance Engines) series: the HPE 80. This new model is based on the latest Fiat Powertrain Technologies turbodiesel engines.

The HPE 80 (80 HP) is in fact based on the four-cylinder, 1.3 L turbodiesel aftercooled Common Rail engine, direct injection with 80 HP. This engine comes complete with anti-vibration mounts, panel for boat instrument with VDO gauges and 8 mt. cable, and Racor marine filters. This new engine model is based on the same engine that you find on the new Fiat 500, the new Fiat Panda and the new Lancia Y. The engine is available for engine shaft application with ZF Hurth or Twin Disc transmissions.

The HPE 80 is the smallest turbodiesel engines on the marine market and they have an unbeated power-to-weight ratio. In fact, it only weighs 160 kg. Look out for this new FNM model!
