Neville Curtis was presented with a 20 Year Anniversary Tie by Irene Dros, Product Manager METS 2007, at METS this year.

Neville, founder and former owner of Curtis Marine International, has attended every show as an exhibitor or as an agent for many companies. He is currently representing Fendercovers Worldwide Ltd, and is very
well known within the industry.

Neville, has not always worked within the marine sector, he started business life with Gaumont British News in the editorial dept and from there worked in Japan and New York before returning to England to set up his own company dealing in waste plastics and rubber for companies including Dunlop, Shell and ICI.

After selling this business Neville founded Curtis Marine International, went to the USA, and took a distributorship for a boat builder and over two years acquired exclusive distributor rights for several US Manufacturers. For more than 15 years, he ran this very successful company and then sold it. This company is still running today.

Neville currently owns and manages ‘The Perfect Setting’, which primarily supplies Super Yachts, specialising in interior design and tabletop décor.
