DMA Sep-Line™ - Matrix Separator Systems

DMA Sep-Line™ - Matrix Separator Systems

The DMA Sep-Line™ is a completely new line of separator systems combining new technology and well known principles to obtain the most efficient bilge water separation guaranteeing outlets below 5 ppm. The system is unique of its kind, with no moving parts in the first stage and deals effectively with problems with particles and oil emulsions.

Installation and operation

The system is delivered as “plug & play” ready assembled and tested with filter cartridges installed inside and variable DIN flanges for easy connection to the on-board piping system. Our separation technology is based on a free oil separation unit, a particle and emulsion breaker unit and finally a large capacity absorption membrane filter unit including a patented polypropylene/polyethylene filter.

The filters in the DMA Sep-Line™ systems are well-proven filter material technology based on DMA Sorption’s specialized knowledge in this field. They have a very high absorption rate, which ensures, that filter change is limited to a minimum and thus the running cost are kept very low.

The system is very compact and will fit any engine room where space is limited. The DMA Sep-Line™ separator system is delivered mounted with helical rotary pump and oil discharge monitor and control box. Incorporated monitoring makes the system operate virtually maintenance free – that is what we call intelligent separation technology!
