With the development of the 60Cs we wanted to create a high performance cruising boat yacht that would maintain high speeds on passage but offer great levels of comfort. The yacht has high stability, far in excess of Ocean A" standard. With a fine bow and soft motion the Contest 60CS is an excellent sea boat. The modern rig is also performance orientated but easily handled by a small crew with the sailplan weighted towards the mainsail. It and the just over 110% genoa are easily handled from the cockpit. Taken together all these factors define fast comfortable sailing.
