CCLR: Clam-shell Carbon Luff Receptacle
The Carbon Clam-Shell Luff Receptacle is a new addition to the CT Sailbattens product range. The CCLR is designed specifically to be used with a bolt-rope mainsail. A plastic insert is sewed inside the batten pocket to position the batten. Tough outer shells fit on either side of the sail to hold the batten in place. The CCLR is designed to fit CT22 battens but it can also be used with similar sized fibreglass and pultruded battens.
