Bellamer Oy of Finland have completed the finishing touches of a new luxury marina at Mustikkamaa in the heart of Helsinki’s most prestigious residential area with easy access to the Gulf of Finland. The aluminium pontoons feature Bellamer’s proprietary low wear design and WPC decking for reduced maintenance and extended life. Reinforced concrete floats provide extra stability and add to the quality look and feel. Port Mustikka is owned by the Boatman Group and will be the main display and service location for their complete range of Bavaria sailing yachts in Finland.

The new marina is comprised of 55 full service berths for boats with an average length of 10 – 14 m (an additional 25 m space has been provided for larger yachts). There is also an in-water service area for 6-8 boats with special power pedestals and dedicated fingers. Future plans call for a further 50 to 70 berths to be built in this sought after location.

Ashore there is a clubhouse, sauna, chandlery, and company offices with showroom. Indoor and outdoor storage for 80 to 100 boats is also provided in a 6000 m² area. Yachts of up to 25 m can be lifted and stored in the location. Port Mustikka enjoys round-the-clock security and is within 5 minutes of the city centre.
