The Italian company manufactured the inflatable boats for the Civil Defence of the Campania region
Arimar, a leading group in the manufacturing of inflatable products and in the marketing of boat electronic instruments and components for professional and pleasure navigation, gained the supply of ten inflatable boat boats for emergency purposes of the Civil Defence in the Campania region, Italy.
The aforesaid boats were exhibited as exclusive preview at the stand of the Campania Coastguard during the NauticSud, which was held in Naples last March. The boats were delivered on the occasion of an official ceremony that was held on June 22nd.
The selected model is Arimar’s XP700 inflatable boat for professional use. It is equipped with the X-system, the exclusive mechanical hooking system that allows managing the buoyancy tube in an extremely easy and quick way. Furthermore, it allows disassembling and re-installing the buoyancy tube in a very quick way, in case for boat technical interventions are needed. Among the specific marine equipment that was required, the following components were installed: the high windscreen, the stainless steel T-Top roof and the double lumbar support for the driver’s seat, in addition to the antifouling treatment.
The boats are equipped with two Suzuki 115CV engines, Arimar’s AMPI 4-person liferaft and Furuno instruments. Furuno is a Japanese trademark, which leads the international market of electronic instruments for marine purposes.
This way, Arimar strengthens its production of professional inflatable boats, which also includes supplies to the State Corps and Public Administration Authorities, thus becoming an increasingly qualified supplier on the international market, as well.
