AquaDomi™ has in cooperation with the danish architect Lars Lindholdt created a new series of houseboats. The shown is an office but it is also known as café and restaurant. The design is made by architect Lars Lindholdt and the construction is made by AquaDomi module system.

The X serie is found in a number of sizes. The construction is based on crossing walls, which is placed in the middle of the building. The cross is a part of the supporting structure as well as the design. The shown is an X2 in two levels as offices with a floor area/ pontoon on 529 m²


The Entrance is at the large terrace, which is all around the office. The terrace is 3 m wide, which gives plenty of room for outdoor staying. The offices got large sliding doors directly to the terrace.

The office has got great office facilities - meeting room, minor kitchen with a store room, toilets on ground floor near the entrance and a lot of area with the possibility to use the main terrace, which goes all around the office. The ceiling high is 3,5 m and the special roof light secures a lot of daylight inside. There is a magnificent view through the large sliding windows.
