The Accu-Router Series III-C five axis machine is an excellent machine for cutting automotive plastics, aerospace advanced composites, and any parts which need an additional axis to create their special applications. Accu-Router employs the use of the Swiss precision spindle, IBAG. IBAG has a service facility in the U.S. for customer service.

The spindle is made expressly for 5 axis applications and features a tight included angle nose for easy manipulation of 3D parts. The unit is rated at 8HP continuous duty, programmable variable speed to 24,000 rpm, and comes standard in a power draw bar configuration using an ISO-30 precision tool holder.

The IBAG premium spindle is available either as an automatic tool changer or as a manual quick-change system with push button release.

The CNC control used on the five axis machine is the G.E. Fanuc 16i-MA model with Fanuc AC digital servo drive motors. Enclosures on the control are dust tight with gasketed doors. All connecting wires have 4 digit wire numbers relating to the schematic. Machines are custom designed to a customer's tolerance and applications.
