The breeze of recovery has blown steadily during the Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes, which has just finished.
This Boat Show was featured by bright sunshine and a larger attendance than last year’s edition.

During this important event, Absolute exhibited all its sports and coupé Hard Top range.

The coupé Hard Top range was enriched by the new Absolute 42, a versatile boat provided with a large sofa for 6 people in the cockpit, which can be changed into a sunbathing area separated from the upper deck, the Hard Top, as well as a door and an electrical window in the cockpit.

The Absolute 70, first exhibited one year ago at the previous edition of this event, met with great success this year. During the World Yacht Trophy Award it also won the prize for the best internal lay-out, competing with prestigious brands.

This new season starts with a lot of exciting appointments, during which our Absolute boats can be visited, in addition to the forthcoming International Boat Show in Genova, where the shipyard of Piacenza is unveiling another important new boat on a world preview, Absolute 64.

In the following months the Absolute Week-ends organized by our dealers are taking place:

G&G is exhibiting most of the Absolute range at Lavagna in September, 19th and 20th 2009.
Cantieri Solcio, together with Marine Service, is having Absolute 64 and Absolute 70 in the water at Varazze (Genova) in September, 26th 2009.
Venice Boat Service is exhibiting part of the Absolute range next November.

In the following months the Absolute dealers are participating in the various National and International Boat Shows exhibiting the Absolute boats in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Naples, as well as in the Istanbul Boat Show in Turkey from 21st to 26th October, and in Barcelona from 07th to 15th November.
